1 . Please provide original documents that are well organized and clearly expressed, and inform the background and purpose of the source documents as well as the supporting materials (such as the past translation, table of terms, references and manuals), so that the translator may well understand the language and cultural background. In principle, we don’t do translation or make any form of proofreading for unclear documents.

2 . We are only responsible for accuracy of the translated documents, not for the source, content and purpose and the direct or indirect results of the translated documents. We have the right to reject the documents detrimental to the interests of the nation, violating the laws and rules of the People’s Republic of China and the international practices. Our translations will take the originals provided by our clients as the only basis without any addition, deletion or speculation.

3 . We will take the original s received at signing of service agreement as final. If any content of the original is added or deleted in the process of translation, written notice shall be given to us. In principle, additional fees will be charged for addition or deletion made in the process of translation, and the deadline will be postponed accordingly. If, upon receiving the notice from client, the content to be added or deleted has not been translated, then the charge related will be deducted, and if the content to be added or deleted has been translated, then no repayment will be effected. If any customer intends to terminate the service in the process of translation, then written notice shall be given to us. The translation fee shall be calculated on the basis of the actual volume translated upon notification of termination.

5 . The contract and service agreement are official deeds, concerning the whole process of translation, proofreading and composition. Please fill carefully. The bill issued by us is the only evidence for taking the delivery of the translated documents. Please well keep the bill.

6 . We keep confidential the original documents and the translated documents, which will not be disclosed to any other person than the translators participating in the project. If you have any special requirements for confidentiality (for application for patent for invention, company trade secrets etc), please notify us in advance, so that we may be able to take necessary measures to control the documents. For the purpose of confidentiality, whether the translated documents are delivered, we have the right to destroy the originals and translated documents sixty days later. The destruction of documents will not affect payment in full the translation fee payable by the client.

7 . If you have any disagreement or question on the translated document, please contact us. We will offer free modification and answering of questions for your satisfaction. If you have any dissatisfaction, please lodge complaint to us.

8 . The service quotation is based on the final document provided by the client. In signing service agreement or contract, you are required to pay down payment at 50% of the total evaluated translation fee. The final settlement will be based on the final volume of translation. After accepting the translated document, you are required to pay the remaining translation fee in the manner of bank transfer, check or cash. Invoices are available.
